EXPERIENCE

  1. Role: Digital Tech Associate

    Company: Bakertilly One India February 2025 - till date

    • Initiated and independently delivered a Power BI learning-consumption solution after identifying that the project’s 20,000-row-per-sheet Smartsheet constraint could not support more than 700,000 enrollment records; built the proof of concept, obtained senior L&D management approval, and continue to own development and weekly maintenance as the team’s sole technical resource.
    • Re-engineered a weekly reporting process that required manually splitting Workday exports into 20,000-row batches and maintaining multiple helper sheets, reducing estimated reporting turnaround from multiple days to approximately 30 minutes while accommodating 2,000–5,000 new enrollments each month.
    • Designed a seven-table Power BI data model spanning Workday enrollments, legacy enrollments, ratings, employee, termination, and India-specific offline data; created fact and dimension tables, a dedicated date table, composite keys, and bridge logic to resolve five many-to-many relationship issues.
    • Standardized inconsistent employee identifiers, duplicate enrollment records, repeated course titles, and differing source formats using Power Query transformations and composite business keys; validated outputs against source Excel and CSV files to maintain consistency across Workday, legacy, and offline learning data.
    • Developed DAX measures and interactive analysis for attendance, course completions, vendor usage, top learners, facilitators, course-level performance, and time-based comparisons, applying filter-context and time-intelligence logic to produce accurate results across dashboard views.
    • Published and managed a Power BI workspace and app for 10+ L&D senior managers, directors, principals, and other leaders, providing global learning-consumption analysis across seven external learning platforms to inform contract renewal, renegotiation, and cancellation decisions.
    • Created and maintained four core Workday Learning Advanced Reports covering enrollments, employees, ratings, and facilitators, using calculated fields, report prompts, sub filters, and related business objects to provide weekly source data for Power BI reporting.
    • Built and monitor a cloud-based Power Automate workflow connecting SharePoint and Smartsheet to detect file uploads, extract record identifiers, update approximately 2,000 records, and generate failure alerts; eliminated six manual steps and reduced processing from hours to minutes.
    • Owned stakeholder-reported reporting and automation issues across Power BI, Smartsheet, and Workday, performing root-cause analysis and typically resolving issues or providing guidance within one business day while managing up to four concurrent projects across two countries.
